微型居住空间是未来有效解决快速城镇化带来的城市住房问题、实现城市高质量健康发展目标的重要居住类型。基于存量时代居民对居住的新需求,识别当代居住生活新特征和居住空间新认识,系统梳理了国内外小尺度户型的研究与实践,从多角度不同层面对微型居住空间概念与居住策略进行深入研究。

Micro-residential space is an important housing type that can effectively solve the urban housing problems caused by rapid urbanization to achieve high-quality and healthy urban development. Based on the new needs of residents in an era of building stock, the paper systematically reviews the research and practice of small-sized housing layout at home and abroad, and analyzes the concept of micro-residential space and living strategies from multiple perspectives.
