室外热环境品质提升视角下既有住区建筑层级更新策略研究 被引量:8

A Study on Hierarchical Renewal Strategies of Existing Residential Buildings Area from the Perspective of Improving Outdoor Thermal Environment Quality

摘要 针对既有住区建筑改造中对室外热环境品质关注度不足、缺乏对复杂建成环境的真实场景和多变量综合分析等问题,以寒冷气候区代表城市大连为例,选取北方典型行列式住区组团为研究对象,建立了一套以室外热环境品质提升为目标的住区组团要素层级体系;并采用ENVI-m et软件对层级改造方案进行定量分析,最终提出住区组团室外热环境品质提升的综合性优化策略,为住区更新实践及相关标准导则制定提供科学指引。 Aims at improving outdoor thermal environment performance of existing residential buildings area, this paper takes Dalian as an example of cold zones to study the typical residential cluster,and formulates hierarchical renewal strategies centering on outdoor thermal environment, in response to insufficient attention of thermal environment quality of renovated projects and lack of comprehensive analysis on the real scenes of the built environment and multiple variations. On this basis,it uses ENVI-met software to quantitatively evaluate the hierarchical renovation schemes, and proposes a comprehensive optimization strategy to improve outdoor thermal environment of existing residential buildings area, in hopes of providing scientific reference for future residential renewal practices and standards.
