茼蒿多酚超声辅助提取工艺及其抗氧化活性 被引量:2

Extraction Technology and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenols from Leaves of Chrysanthemum Coronarium L. by Ultrasonic Assistance

摘要 为充分利用茼蒿资源,同时检测茼蒿多酚的抗氧化活性,采用超声辅助法在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验法优化茼蒿嫩叶多酚的提取条件,并对所提取多酚的总抗氧化能力(FRAP测定法)和羟基自由基清除能力进行分析。结果表明,茼蒿多酚提取的最优条件为液料比20∶1 m L/g、超声波提取时间100 min、乙醇体积分数70%。此条件下茼蒿多酚的提取率为16.015 mg/g,茼蒿多酚的FRAP值为664μmol/L,羟基自由基清除率为23.1%。 The extraction technology of polyphenols from leaves of Chrysanthemum coronarium L. was studied to improve its comprehensive utilization of crowndaisy chrysanthemum. Orthogonal experiment was used based on the single factor results to study the effect of solvent to material ratio, extraction time and volume percentage of ethanol on extraction yield of polyphenols. Meanwhile, the total antioxidant capacity(FRAP determination method) and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity of the extracted polyphenols were analyzed. The results showed that the best technological parameters were as follows: solvent and raw material 20∶1 m L/g, extraction time 100 min and volume percentage of ethanol 70%. The average extraction efficiency of chrysanthemum polyphenol was 16.015 mg/g under the optimum extraction condition. The extracted polyphenols showed the obvious antioxidant activity, with the FRAP value 664 μmol/L and the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate 23.1% under the optimum extraction condition.
