摘要
探究维生素A、D软胶囊稳定性的影响因素与其稳定性的关系,找到影响其稳定性的关键因素,用于指导该产品的后续生产及质量控制。设计单因素试验,分别考察抗氧化剂配方、胶皮水分、包材对维生素A、D软胶囊的稳定性的影响。结果表明,抗氧化剂种类、胶皮水分含量、包材的类型均会导致维生素A、D软胶囊内容物体系中维生素A、D含量及过氧化值和酸价的变化,且过氧化值超标会使该产品稳定性下降。通过包材选择、添加合适的抗氧化剂可以提升维生素A、D软胶囊的稳定性,影响维生素A、D软胶囊稳定性的关键因素为胶皮水分。
To explore the relationship between factors to stability of vitamin A and D soft capsules and its stability, find out the key factor affecting its stability, and guide the subsequent production and quality control. Single factor experiments are designed to investigate the effects of antioxidant formula, rubber moisture and packages on the stability of vitamin A and D soft capsules. The results show that the types of antioxidants, rubber water content and packaging materials will lead to the changes in vitamin A, D content and peroxide value and acid price in the vitamin A and D soft capsules content system, and the excessive peroxide value will reduce the stability of the product. Choosing and adding suitable antioxidants can improve the stability of vitamin A and D soft capsules, the key factor affecting the stability of vitamin A and D soft capsules is the rubber moisture.
