摘要
基于我国工程教育专业认证的发展现状,探究工程教育专业认证与新工科建设背景下食品科学与工程专业的人才培养方式,满足新工科人才培养的需求。从我国工程教育专业认证的高等院校和专业的基本情况出发,提出适用于高等院校食品科学与工程专业的人才培养模式,以学生能力培养为中心,通过本科人才培养方案优化重构课程体系及改变原有课程体系中实践教学模式,培养学生的工程意识,进而完善食品科学与工程专业现行的人才培养模式。立足中国食品行业的发展需求,借助社会、企业和学校的协同作用推进高等院校食品科学与工程专业人才培养体系的改革,培养出具有中国特色、符合社会需求高素质的食品工程技术人才。
In view of the development status of engineering education professional certification in our country, explore talent training methods of food science and engineering under the background of professional certification and new engineering construction to meet the needs of new engineering talent cultivation. With the basic situation of universities and their majors certified by engineering education in our country, a talent training model suitable for food science and engineering majors is proposed, which concerns training students’ ability, and the undergraduate talent cultivation program is optimized and restructured by changing the practical teaching mode and cultivating students’ engineering awareness to improve the current talent training mode of food science and engineering. Based on the development needs of food industry of China, work with the aid of society, enterprises and schools to promote the reform of food science and engineering talent cultivation system in colleges and universities, and cultivate high-quality food engineering technical talents with Chinese characteristics and meeting social needs.
