在我国食品检测领域,食品质检实验室发挥着不可替代的作用。"人机料法环"是对全面质量管理理论中影响产品质量的五个因素的简称,也是食品质检实验室全面质量管理的关键。该文从人员、设备、材料、方法、环境五个层面阐述如何提高食品质检实验室检测数据的准确性和可靠性,进而有效维护和持续提升质检机构的公信力,让老百姓买得放心、吃得安心,对食品安全充满信心。
In the field of food testing in my country, food quality inspection laboratories play an irreplaceable role. “ManMachine-Material-Method-Environment” is the abbreviation for the five factors that affect product quality in total quality management theory, and it is also the key to laboratory total quality management. From the five levels of personnel, equipment,materials, methods and environment, how to improve the accuracy and reliability of testing data in food quality inspection laboratories is explained. Furthermore, it effectively maintains and continuously improves the credibility of quality inspection agencies, so that people can buy and eat with confidence, and have confidence in food safety.
