摘要
"课程思政"是近几年我国在推进高校德育综合课程改革中产生的新的一种观点,体现了"隐性思想政治教育"实践层面的一种新的形式。以课程思政教学改革为背景,文章以食品酶学课程的特点及思政育人功能探索、思政元素的融入点、思政教学方式探索、教学评估方法,初步研究"食品酶学"课程思政元素,以期能更好地提高食品酶学课程的课程思政教学。
“Curriculum ideological and political” is a new viewpoint that has emerged in my country’s promotion of the comprehensive curriculum reform of college moral education in recent years, which embodies a new form of “hidden ideological and political education” at the practical level. With the curriculum reform of ideological and political teaching as the background, the article uses the characteristics of the food enzymology course and the exploration of the function of ideological and political education, the integration of ideological and political elements, the exploration of ideological and political teaching methods, and the teaching evaluation methods to make preliminary research on the “food enzymology”course. Ideological and political elements are in order to better improve the ideological and political teaching of food enzyme courses.
