摘要
乳铁蛋白是一种多功能糖蛋白,普遍存在乳及多种生物分泌物中。乳铁蛋白具有铁的结合/转移、抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节的特性,对婴幼儿健康具有极其重要的作用。因此该文对乳铁蛋白的功能特性及其在婴儿配方奶粉中的应用进行了全面介绍,重点讨论乳铁蛋白对婴幼儿健康的临床研究及其在婴幼儿配方奶粉中的检测方法,旨在为婴幼儿配方奶粉企业提供乳铁蛋白研究思路以及实践依据。
Lactoferrin is a kind of multifunctional glycoprotein, which is generally found in milk and various biological secretions. Lactoferrin has the properties of iron binding/transfer, antimicrobial, antiviral and immune regulation, which is very important for the health of infants and young children. Therefore, this article introduces the functional characteristics of lactoferrin and its application in infant formula milk powder. The clinical study of lactoferrin on infant health and its detection method in infant formula milk powder are emphatically discussed. The aim is to provide research ideas and practice basis for lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder enterprises.
