为规范对食品从业人员的食品安全知识培训,在对国家相关法律、法规、规范性文件和标准进行研究的基础上,在国家尚未对食品从业人员食品安全知识培训提出具体要求、各地做法不尽相同的前提下,提出食品从业人员的食品安全知识培训地方标准的制定,并对食品从业人员的食品安全知识培训地方标准的相关内容进行阐述。针对食品从业人员的食品安全知识培训制定地方标准将对食品生产经营者的食品安全监督管理起到借鉴作用。
