黑龙江省中医药健康旅游产业发展方略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Tourism Industry in Heilongjiang Province

运用PEST、VRIO模型剖析黑龙江省发展中医药健康旅游产业的外部环境及内部资源,结合具体实践案例分析中医药健康旅游与北药基地、生态景区、乡村社区、温泉康养、森林康养相结合的五条产业发展路径,从政府引导、金融支持、人才培养、政策法规保障、旅游新形态打造五个方面完善配套措施,以期为产业未来发展提供参考。

This paper used PEST and VRIO models to analyze the external environment and internal resources of the development of TCM health tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province. It analyzed the development paths of combined five industries based on specific practical cases,which included TCM health tourism and Bei medicine bases,ecological scenic spots,rural communities,hot spring health care,and forest health care. Finally,it proposed five aspects of government guidance,financial support,talent training,policy and regulation guarantees,and the creation of new forms of tourism to improve supporting measures in order to provide a reference for the future development of the industry.
