浅谈专业标准化技术委员会初步考核工作要点及建议

A Brief Analysis of the Key Points of Preliminary Assessment of the National Standardization Technical Committee and Suggestions

为满足新形势下促进经济增长的需要,深入实施国家《深化标准化工作改革方案》,国家标准委加大对专业标准化技术委员会(以下简称技术委员会)的考核评估力度。本文简述技术委员会初步考核工作要点,对不符合项进行分析并提出工作建议,以期为技术委员会及其分委会、工作组提升标准化管理水平提供思路。

In order to meet the need of promoting economic growth in the new situation and carry out the Plan of Deepening Standardization Work Reform, the Standardization Administration of China has strengthened the assessment and evaluation of the technical committees of standardization. Based on the Administrative Measures of Standardization Technical Committee and other requirements of relevant laws and regulations, this paper briefly describes the main points of the preliminary assessment of technical committees, analyzes the non-conformance items and puts forward suggestions, in order to provide ideas for the technical committee, its sub-committees and working groups to improve the standard management level.
