摘要
本文运用标准化系统工程的六维结构,包括性质维、专业维、级别维、时间维、条件维和逻辑维,形成地下基础设施运行综合监测技术标准体系。基于物联网传感及在线监测技术,建立设计、产品制造、运维的一体化标准体系,涵盖顶层设计、单项超限指标、安全运行监控技术、决策规划等基础标准,涵盖土建结构功能失效、关键设备系统故障、异物入侵、火灾、水灾、突发事件等灾害的风险评价标准,涵盖评价模型搭建、风险量化计算、实验方法等计算分析标准,涵盖建设、运行、信息化等工程实施标准。通过构建综合监测的标准规范体系,正确指导综合监测项目的实施和应用,提升我国城市地下基础设施运行监测的标准化水平。
This paper uses the six-dimensional structure of the standardized system engineering to form the technical standards system of the comprehensive monitoring of underground infrastructure operation from the aspects of nature,specialty, level, time, condition and logic. Based on IoT sensor and on-line monitoring technology, design, product manufacturing, and integration of operational standards system is built, covering basic standards including the top design,single overrun indicators, the safe operation of the monitoring technology, decision-making and planning, covering the risk evaluation standards including civil structure function failure, key equipment failure, foreign invasion, fires, floods,and emergency disasters, covering calculation and experimental standards including calculation and analysis standards such as evaluation model construction, risk quantification, as well as engineering implementation standards including construction, operation and informatization. The standardization level of operation monitoring of urban underground infrastructure can be improved by constructing the standards system of comprehensive monitoring, and correctly guiding the implementation and application of comprehensive monitoring projects.
