浅谈区域性企业标准领跑者制度实施现状、问题及建议——以陕西省为例

On the Implementation Status, Problems and Suggestions of Regional Enterprise Standard Pacemaker System——Taking Shaanxi Province as an Example

实施区域性企业标准"领跑者"制度是我国深化标准化改革的一项主要内容,为强化标准引领作用,增加中高端产品和服务有效供给,支撑我省企业产品高质量发展提供有力基本保障,同时,培育一批具有创新能力的排头兵企业,形成一批具有市场竞争力和国际领先水平的陕西"领跑者"标准。

Implementing the regional enterprise standard pacemaker system is one of the main measures of deepening standardization reform in China. It can help strengthen the leading role of standards, increase the effective supply of highend products and services, and support the high-quality development of Shaanxi province’s enterprise products. Shaanxi should also cultivate a number of leading enterprises with innovative ability to develop a group of leading standards with market competitiveness and at internationally advanced level.
