摘要
《干部网络培训课程评价》(GB/T 38859-2020)于2020年7月21日由国家市场监督管理总局和国家标准化管理委员会发布,并于2021年2月1日起实施。该标准为干部教育培训机构开展干部网络培训课程质量和效果评价提供依据。为帮助标准使用者理解和应用干部网络培训课程评价原则与通用评价指标,本文对标准内容进行了解读。
The national standard, GB/T 38859-2020, Online training for leadership-Course evaluation indicators was issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and Standardization Administration of the P.R.C. on July 21,2020, which has been implemented on February 1, 2021. The standard provides a basis for training institutions to evaluate the quality and effect of the online training for leadership course. This paper interprets the content of the standard in order to help standard users understand and apply the evaluation principles and general evaluation indicators of the online training for leadership-course.
