Melamine tableware is widely used in the catering industry. To avoid the overdose of formaldehyde, melamine and other harmful substances in melamine tableware that can damage human health, many countries specify the safety requirements of melamine products. This paper analyzes the requirements of formaldehyde and melamine migration in melamine tableware at home and abroad, as well as the main reasons for overdose exceeding the standard in the process of use, providing reference for the safe production and use of related products.
