不同食用菌对猕猴桃枝木质纤维素降解的比较 被引量:8

Comparison on Lignocellulose Degradation of Kiwifruit Branches by Different Edible Fungi

摘要 以香菇、平菇、秀珍菇等7种食用菌为研究对象,通过比较菌丝生长状况、木质纤维素降解酶活性和木质纤维素含量,探讨不同食用菌对猕猴桃枝中木质纤维素的降解能力,以期为进一步利用猕猴桃枝生物质提供参考依据。结果表明:猕猴桃枝可作为7种食用菌栽培的原料,但生长适应性不同,食用菌对猕猴桃枝基质中木质纤维素的降解具有一定的选择性;秀珍菇选择性降解木质素效果最佳,栽培20 d后木质素降解率达35.6%;平菇对基质中纤维素降解作用最好,栽培25 d时纤维素降解率达48.3%;鹿角灵芝对基质中半纤维素降解作用最强,栽培30 d时降解率达68.3%。 Taking seven kinds of edible fungi of Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus geesteranus etc as research species,the degradation ability of different edible fungi to lignocellulosic in kiwifruit branches was investigated by comparing mycelial growth,lignocellulosic degradation enzyme activity and lignocellulosic content,in order to provide a foundation for further utilization of biomass in kiwifruit branches.The results showed that kiwifruit branches could be used as raw materials for seven kinds of edible fungi,but the growth adaptability was different,and the edible fungi had selectivity for the degradation of lignocellulose in material of kiwifruit branches.The lignin degradation effect of Pleurotus geesteranus was the best,and the rate of lignin degradation was 35.6%after 20 days of cultivation.Pleurotus ostreatus had the best effect on cellulose degradation,and the rate of cellulose degradation reached 48.3% after 25 days of cultivation.Ganoderma amboinense had the strongest degradation effect on hemicellulose in the material,and the degradation rate reached68.3%after 30 days of cultivation.
