摘要
目的:探讨医学院校少数民族本科生学习适应性现状及影响因素。方法:采用大学生学习适应量表对280名福建省医学院校少数民族本科生进行调查。结果:医学院校少数民族本科生学习适应性均分为(3.58±0.47)分,部分维度得分有差异。结论:医学院校少数民族本科生学习适应性处于中等偏上水平,建议采取针对性、多渠道的适应性教育。
Objective: To explore the level and influencing factors of the learning adaptability of minority undergraduates in medical colleges.Methods: 280 minority undergraduates from medical colleges in Fujian Province were selected, and the College Student Learning Adaptation Scale was used to investigate.Results: The average score of the learning adaptability of minority undergraduates in medical colleges was(3.58±0.47);there were differences in scores in some dimensions.Conclusion: The learning adaptability of minority undergraduates in medical colleges was at the upper middle level.It was recommended to adopt targeted and multi-channel adaptive education.
