摘要
以健康信念教育为干预手段对30例单纯性肥胖医学生的健康行为进行干预,探究该教育手段对医学生健康行为、体质指数和腰围的影响作用。结果表明:实验组与对照组被试的健康行为评分、体质指数和腰围干预前无显著性差异(P>0.05),而干预后两组被试的健康行为得分呈现非常显著性差异(P<0.01),体质指数和腰围呈现显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明健康信念教育模式是一种对医学生非常有效的健康教育手段,对于健康行为的养成和控制肥胖有积极的作用。
Health belief education was used to intervene the health behavior of 30 medical students with simple obesity,and to explore the influence of this educational method on the health behavior,body mass index and waist circumference of medical students.The results showed that there was no significant difference in health behavior score,body mass index and waist circumference between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05),but there was a very significant difference in health behavior score(P<0.01),body mass index and waist circumference between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).It shows that the health belief education model is a very effective means of health education for medical students,and plays a positive role in the cultivation of healthy behavior and the control of obesity.
