临床路径教学法联合全真案例教学法在儿科见习课中的应用研究

Using clinical pathway method and authentic cases in pediatric clinical shadowing

目的:探讨临床路径教学法联合全真案例教学法在儿科见习课中的应用。方法:选取内蒙古医科大学2019年3月至2020年12月在附属医院儿科进行生产实习的临床本科学生140人作为研究对象。实验组采用临床路径教学法联合全真案例教学法;对照组采用传统教学法。结果:实验组在理论知识、技能操作、综合病案分析成绩等方面均高于对照组。

Objective:To explore the application of clinical pathway teaching method combined with authentic case teaching method in pediatric internship class.Methods:140 clinical undergraduate students in pediatrics production practice in Affiliated hospitals of Inner Mongolia Medical University from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The experimental group used the combination of clinical pathway teaching method and authentic case teaching method;The control group used traditional teaching method.Results:The experimental group was higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge,skill operation and comprehensive medical record analysis.
