摘要
介绍燃氢锅炉工艺流程。分析尾气排放中氮氧化合物含量超标的原因。提出的优化方案是:在不改变现有氢气锅炉流程的前提下,在烟道中增加一套SCR脱硝装置。安装后,氮氧化物质量浓度稳定控制在30 mg/m^(3)以下,确保燃氢锅炉稳定运行。
The process flow of hydrogen-burned boiler is introduced.The reasons of excessive nitrogen oxide content in emitted tail gas are analyzed.Optimization scheme is proposed:adding a set of SCR denitration device in the flue without changing the existing hydrogen boiler process.After the SCR denitration device is added,the nitrogen oxides concentration is stably controlled below 30 mg/m^(3) and the stable operation of hydrogen burning boiler is ensured.
