航空发动机小时包修成本分析

摘要 发动机小时包修是控制发动机送修成本主要的商业模式。由于发动机原厂家和航空公司信息不对称,航空公司常常在包修协议中处于不利地位。本文分析了发动机小时包修的主要影响因素,但这些因素实质上是体现在发动机排气温度EGT上,提出了基于EGT的小时包修模型,有利于对各种系数矩阵的理解分析,针对具体机型可以利用载荷谱计算出系数矩阵。 Power by hour is the main business model to control the cost of engine overhaul.Due to the information asymmetry between the original engine manufacturer and the airlines,the airlines are often in a disadvantageous position in the overhaul agreement.The main influencing factors of engine power by hours ate analyzed in this paper.These factors are essentially reflected by the EGT(exhaust temperature).Power by hour model based on EGT is proposed,which is conducive to the understanding and analysis of various coefficient matrices.For specific models,the coefficient matrix can be calculated by using the load spectrum.
