面部吸脂联合自体脂肪填充术在面部轮廓重塑中的临床应用

Clinical application of facial liposuction combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial contour reconstruction

目的探讨面部吸脂联合自体脂肪填充术行面部轮廓重塑的临床效果。方法自2018年1月至2020年1月,北京中西医结合医院美容整形科对138例面部轮廓不佳的患者,通过面部脂肪抽吸联合自体脂肪填充术改善面部形态。结果 138例患者术后获随访12个月以上。其中134例行一次填充术,4例行二次填充。面部轮廓均得到显著改善,患者满意率为94.2%(130/138)。结论通过面部吸脂联合自体脂肪填充术进行面部外形轮廓的重塑,具有微创、安全、有效的特点,能够改善轮廓不佳,患者对术后的轮廓重塑效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of facial liposuction combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial contour remodeling. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, 138 patients with poor facial contour underwent facial liposuction combined with autologous fat transplantation to improve their facial morphology. Results All patients were followed up for more than 12 months. Among these patients, 134 cases were filled once and 4 cases were filled twice. The facial contour was significantly improved.The patient satisfaction was 94.2%(130/138). Conclusion Facial liposuction combined with autologous fat transplantation for facial contour reconstruction has the characteristics of minimally invasive, safe and effective. The facial contour can be improved. Patients are satisfied with the postoperative contour reconstruction. It should be considerable for clinical promotion and application.
