基于波特“钻石模型”的高等职业教育与产业协同发展研究——以上海市为例

Research on the Coordinated Development of Higher Vocational Education and Industry Based on Porter’s“Diamond Model”——Taking Shanghai as an Example

推进产教深度融合是职业教育高质量发展的重要任务。基于波特"钻石模型"对上海高等职业教育与产业协同发展进行分析,发现高等职业教育的专业设置与三大产业的匹配度较高;高等职业教育产教融合"外生"优势显著,"内生"能力不足;高等职业教育与特色产业对接不充分。由此提出上海市高等职业教育与产业协同发展的对策建议:基于现有格局优化专业结构,夯实高等职业教育与产业协同发展的基础;借助"外生"优势,增强"内生"能力,提升高等职业教育与产业协同发展的质量;以"四大品牌"为基础,借助"总部经济"资源,挖掘高等职业教育与产业协同发展的特色。

Promoting the deep integration of industry and education is an important task for the high-quality development of vocational education.Porter’s“Diamond Model”provides an analytical framework for the coordinated development of higher vocational education and industry.Through analysis on the current situation of higher vocational education and industry in Shanghai,it shows that the specialty setting of higher vocational education is highly matched with the three industries;the integration of industry and education has significant“exogenous”advantages and insufficient“endogenous”ability;the connection between higher vocational education and characteristic industries is insufficient.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of higher vocational education and industry in Shanghai are put forward:optimize the specialty structure based on the existing pattern,consolidate the foundation for the coordinated development of higher vocational education and industry;take advantage of“exogenous”advantages,enhance“endogenous”capabilities,and improve the quality of coordinated development of higher vocational education and industry;based on the“headquarters economy”resources,explore the characteristics of the coordinated development of higher vocational education and industry.
