高职实训基地拓展社会服务功能,是提升高职院校教学水平和深化校企合作的现实需求。高职实训基地拓展社会服务功能存在建设基础比较薄弱、建设规划不明确、企业参与积极性不高、教师整体水平有待提升、运行管理制度不健全、内容相对陈旧单一、经济效益不高等问题,需要进一步加强基础能力建设、加强统筹规划、加强企业参与、提升师资整体水平、完善运行管理、强化人才培养等。

The expansion of social service functions of higher vocational training bases is the demand for the development of vocational education in China,the demand for improving the teaching level of higher vocational colleges,the demand for strengthening the construction of training bases,the training demand for high-skilled talents,and the practical needs of deepening school-enterprise cooperation.Aiming at the problems of weak construction foundation,unclear construction plan,low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the social service function of higher vocational training bases,the overall level of teachers needs to be improved,the operation and management system is not perfect,the content is relatively outdated and single,and the economic benefits are not high,the measures were put forward to strengthen basic capacity building,strengthen overall planning,strengthen enterprise participation,improve the overall level of teachers,improve operation management,and strengthen personnel training.
