代谢组学在养鸡生产中的应用研究进展

摘要 代谢组是生物体表型基础的代谢物及其在生物系统中的相互作用的统称。代谢组学是从整体上对细胞生物流体、组织或生物体内的小分子代谢产物进行研究,通过观察生物体系在受到外部刺激后,其代谢路径及对应代谢产物与无刺激时产生的变化来研究的一门科学。代谢组学技术是对生物样本中的代谢物进行全面分析的一项技术,在疾病诊断、畜牧学、食品科学、营养学等领域得到广泛的应用。本文介绍了代谢组学常用的分析策略及研究平台,在此基础上,综述了代谢组学在家鸡差异代谢物鉴定、肉品质、疾病诊断及食品安全检测等领域的研究进展,并总结了多组学联合分析趋势下,代谢组学技术尚存在的不足。 Metabolome is the general term for the metabolites of the phenotypic basis of organisms and their interactions in the biological system.Metabonomics is a science that studies small molecular metabolites in cell biofluids,tissues or organisms as a whole,and research in this field is performed by observing the metabolic pathways of biological systems after external stimulation and the changes in corresponding metabolites and non-stimulation.Metabonomics is a technology for comprehensive analysis of metabolites in biological samples,which is widely used in disease diagnosis,animal husbandry,food science,nutrition and other fields.In this paper,the commonly used analytical strategies and research platforms of metabolomics are introduced.On this basis,the progress in research on metabolomics in differential metabolites identification in chickens,meat quality,disease diagnosis and food safety detection is reviewed,and the shortcomings of the metabolomics technology under the trend of multi-omics combined analysis are summarized.
