La元素掺杂增强BaZr_(0.15)Ti_(0.85)O_(3)陶瓷的介电性能实验研究

摘要 通过固相反应法制备了La离子掺杂的BaZr_(0.15)Ti_(0.85)O_(3)(BZT)陶瓷。研究了La离子掺杂对BZT陶瓷的晶体结构、微观形貌和介电性能的影响。X射线衍射表明,所制备的BZT陶瓷均为钙钛矿赝立方相,La离子添加后衍射峰向高角度偏移;拉曼光谱测试表明,[A_(1)(TO_(3))]拉曼峰加强,且没有杂相生成,La离子掺杂后BZT陶瓷晶格常数减小;SEM观测结果表明,晶粒尺寸由8μm减小至2μm,孔洞减小密度增大;EDS测试表明,Ba、Zr、Ti、O和La 5种元素均匀分布,并未出现明显团聚,证明La离子较好融入到BZT晶格。对比未掺杂的BZT陶瓷,掺杂La离子后介电常数从未掺杂的9048提高至32461,提高约3.6倍。 La ion doped BZT ceramics are prepared by solid-phase reaction method.The effect of La ion doping on the crystal structure,microscopic morphology and dielectric properties of BZT ceramics was studied.X-ray diffractometer show that the prepared BZT ceramics are all perovskite pseudo cubic phases,and the diffraction peaks shift to high angles after the addition of La ions.The Raman spectra all show that the[A_(1)(TO_(3))]Raman peak is enhanced,and that no impurity is generated.The lattice constant of BZT ceramics decreases after La ion doping.SEM observation results show that the grain size is reduced from 8μm to 2μm,and the pores decrease and the density increases.EDS shows that the five elements Ba,Zr,Ti,O and La are uniformly distributed,and there is no obvious agglomeration.It also proves that La ions are better integrated into the BZT lattice.Compared with pure BZT ceramics,the dielectric constant increases sharply after doping La ions.The dielectric constant of the undoped 9048 is increased to 32461,which is about 3.6 times higher.
