摘要 为解决普通台灯使用时手影遮挡的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉追踪的“无影”智能台灯随动系统。该系统的机械结构包括3自由度灯臂、灯头和底座。硬件采用双模控制方案,实现主控、颜色识别、机械臂控制、光源控制和人机交互功能;软件设计采用颜色追踪算法,控制灯臂上下、左右运动,并由测距模块实现距离保持,实现台灯三维控制。测试结果表明,“无影”智能台灯随动系统根据视觉的颜色追踪,操纵灯臂移动光源,实现了“无影”随动效果,可自动调整照明角度以保护视力。该设计引入了机器视觉的颜色追踪算法,易于实现,具有低成本、便携的优点。 In order to solve the problem of hand shadow obscuring when using ordinary desk lamp,a“shadowless”intelligent desk lamp system based on machine vision tracking is presented.The mechanical structure of the system consists of a three-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm,a lamp head and a base.The hardware uses a dual mode control scheme to realize the main control,color recognition,manipulator control,light source control and human-computer interaction functions.The software uses the color tracking algorithm to control the movement of the lamp arm up and down and left and right.The distance keeping is realized by the distance measuring module,and the three-dimensional control of the desk lamp is realized.The test results show that the"shadowless"intelligent desk lamp system manipulates the lamp arm to move the light source according to the color tracking of vision.It realizes the"shadowless"follow-up effect,and can automatically adjust the lighting angle to protect vision.The design innovatively introduces the color tracking algorithm of machine vision,which is easy to implement and has the advantages of low cost and portability.
