摘要
以煤矿巷道修复机为原型,对其结构进行改进;搭载油/电两用新型高效混合动力驱动控制系统,满足不同作业需求;对控制、传感与监控等模块进行协同控制,有效提升机器人智能化;将云计算、大数据、虚拟现实等技术进行有效融合,构建了完整数字矿山类智能巷道重载机器人体系。与传统机器人相比,构建的重载机器人提升了其结构的轻便性与作业的灵活性,且智能化程度更高,自主控制能力更强,能适应巷道内狭小封闭的环境,提高了生产效率。
Due to the rapid increase of coal mine demand,in order to meet the increasingly strong demand for intelligent and unmanned heavy-duty robot in coal mine roadway,the structure of coal mine roadway repair machine is improved by taking the coal mine roadway repair machine as the prototype.It is equipped with oil/electricity dual-purpose new high-efficiency hybrid drive control system to meet different operation requirements.The cooperative control among control module,sensor module and monitoring module can effectively improve the intelligent development of robot.Cloud computing,big data,virtual reality and other technologies are effectively integrated to build a complete development system of digital mine intelligent roadway heavy-duty robot.Compared with the traditional robot,the constructed heavy-duty robot improves the portability of its structure and the flexibility of operation,and has higher intelligent degree and stronger independent control ability.It can adapt to the narrow and closed environment in the roadway,greatly improves the production efficiency,and ensures the safe and efficient production.
