摘要
针对局部水头损失实验在教学中存在的问题,提出将计算流体力学(CFD)与传统实验教学相结合,调整课程结构、扩充实验内容、加强工程实践应用,建设以学生为主体,以学习效果为导向、以能力培养为宗旨的局部水头损失虚拟仿真实验。实践表明,通过模拟多种突变管道内流动现象、利用可视化功能观察局部阻力发生过程、并运用新技术解决工程实际问题,有助于学生加深对局部水头损失实验理论的理解,激发学习热情,锻炼综合实践能力,铸就专业核心才能,从而全面提升实验教学效果。
In the context of the new engineering subject,in view of the problems in the teaching of local head loss experiments,it is proposed to combine CFD with traditional experimental teaching,adjust the curriculum structure,expand the experimental content,strengthen the application of engineering practice,a virtual simulation experiment of local head loss is then constructed with students as the main body,learning effect as the guidance and ability cultivation as the aim.The practice has shown that by simulating a variety of sudden changes in the flow phenomenon in the pipeline,using the visualization function to observe the occurrence of local resistance,and using new technologies to solve practical engineering problems,it will help students deepen their understanding of the experimental theory and connotation of local head loss and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning,exercise comprehensive practical ability,cast professional core talents,thereby comprehensively improve the effect of experimental teaching.
