疫情期间机电平台智慧实验室安全体系的改进设计 被引量:1

摘要 随着学校对实验教学的不断重视,机电平台承担重要的实验教学任务,平台开设的课程与实验都为强电实验,电压等级高、电流大,因此必须加强机电平台的安全体系建设。新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的爆发,对于机电实验室安全管理带来巨大冲击与挑战。因此,为了解决疫情常态化情况下机电平台实验室的安全管理,在分析实验室安全管理中存在问题的基础上,结合目前“智慧实验室”理念,针对强电实验室安全体系的建设进行改进设计,加入了实验室预约及登记系统、RFID设备管理系统,提出了结合智慧实验室可视化设计与“线上实验+线下多平台”的“智慧+”新实验教学方式,为今后实验室改造设计提供参考。 With continuous emphasis on experimental teaching in universities,the electromechanical platform of authors’school undertakes significant teaching tasks.The courses and experiments of electromechanical platform are strong-current experiments with high voltage and large current,so we must strengthen the safety system construction of electromechanical platform.Also,the COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020 has brought great challenges to the safety management of our electromechanical laboratory.Therefore,in order to solve the safety management problem of electromechanical laboratory under the normalization of epidemic situation,this paper studied the current situation and composition of the safety system in our electromechanical laboratories from the aspects of hardware installation,software support and safety management requirements,and then analyzed the problems existing in the safety management.Combined with the most cutting-edge concept of“Smart Lab”,this paper proposed the idea and scheme design of further transformation of laboratory security system construction,and added the laboratory appointment and registration system and RFID equipment management system.In addition,this paper put forward a new experimental teaching method combining visual design of smart lab with“online experiment+offline multi-platform”,which is called“Smart+”teaching method.This provides a theoretical basis for the future laboratory transformation design.
