Investigation on Laboratory Information Security in Universities and Countermeasures

为了提高高校实验室工作人员的信息安全意识和能力,完善管理制度、采取措施和技术减少信息安全漏洞,调查分析了107个高校实验室保密现状,结果显示,仅65.42%实验人员明确知晓有保密法,52.34%人员确定未曾失密;5.61%的实验室对发生的失密事件明确知晓,30.84%实验室对失密与否不清楚,说明高校实验室保密现状有相当大改进空间,因此就实验室传统和非传统失密因素、常规保密体系和措施、新型保密技术提出应对办法,为实验教学、科研和社会服务中的信息安全提供参考。

In order to improve the information security consciousness and ability of the laboratory staff in universities,improve the management system,measures and technology,and reduce the information security loophole,the present situation of laboratory secrecy in 107 university laboratories was investigated and analyzed.The results were that only 65.42%were aware of the secrecy law,and 52.34%of the participants confirmed that there had been no breach of confidentiality,5.61%of the laboratories were aware of the secret-breaking events,and 30.84%were not sure whether the secret had been lost.Hence,it is suggested that there is considerable room for improvement in the current situation of laboratory secrecy in universities,therefore,the factors of traditional and non-traditional confidential information loss,the routine information security system and measures,and the new information security technology are discussed,so as to provide reference for the information security in experimental teaching,scientific research and social service.
