正念认知干预在体外受精-胚胎移植术患者中的应用

Effects of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的探讨正念认知干预在体外受精-胚胎移植术患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年8月—2021年2月在烟台市烟台山医院接受体外受精-胚胎移植术治疗的104例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加正念认知干预。采用正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)、中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及赫氏希望量表(HHI)评价两组患者干预前后正念、心理弹性及希望水平的差异。结果干预前,两组患者MAAS、中文版CD-RISC及HHI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者MAAS、中文版CD-RISC及HHI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正念认知干预可有效提高体外受精-胚胎移植术患者的正念水平和希望水平,且能有效改善患者的心理弹性水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods From August 2019 to February 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 104 patients who received IVF-ET in Yantai Yantaishan Hospital as the research object.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with the random number table,52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group.The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS),Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Herfindahl-Hirschman Index(HHI)were used to evaluate the differences in mindfulness,resilience and hope levels before and after the intervention in the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in MAAS,Chinese version of CD-RISC and HHI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the MAAS,Chinese version of CD-RISC and HHI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy can effectively improve the level of mindfulness and hope in patients undergoing IVF-ET,and can effectively improve the level of psychological resilience of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
