Aflatoxin(AFT) is a kind of fungus toxin produced by certain strains of aspergillus flavus and parasitic aspergillus, mainly including B1,B2,G1,G2,M1,M2,GM,P1,Q1,alcohol,etc.Among them,B1 is the most toxic and carcinogenic one and is wide spread in the soil, plants, animals, all kinds of nuts, grains, milk, cooking oil and its products. Therefore, detection of trace amount of AFT in food has been attracting attentions.Due to the complex substrates of agricultural product samples and the extremely low content of AFT,the highly efficient and specific sample pretreatment technology is the key to the highly sensitive and accurate detection of AFT.In recent years, molecular imprinting technology has developed rapidly in sample pretreatment and core identification elements, showing certain advantages in trace detection of aflatoxin. In this paper, the recent advances of molecular imprinting technology in the pretreatment and rapid detection of AFT were reviewed, and the development trend of molecular imprinting technology in the detection of aspergillus flavus was prospected.
