摘要
文中针对铁路客车车辆密接式车钩拆、装、运一体化设备缺乏及辅助器具落后的现状,设计了一种基于麦克纳姆轮的公铁两用专用运载设备,通过设计麦克纳姆轮减振浮动、公铁转换、纵向顶升、车架等装置实现运载平台的全方位移动及公铁间切换等功能,采用Ansys有限元分析软件对平台车架进行满载情况的受力分析。经样机制作并实际应用可知,该平台具备设计功能,功能稳定可靠,结构设计合理,能进一步减轻劳动力。
Considering the lack of integrated equipment for disassembly,installation and transportation of tight-lock couplers of railway carriages and the backwardness of supporting appliances,this paper puts forward a design of special transportation equipment for both roads and railways based on the Mecanum wheel,which can realize the omni-directional movement of the transportation platform and the switching between roads and railways through Mecanum wheel vibration reduction and floating,highway-railway conversion,vertical jacking,frame and other devices.The Ansys finite element analysis software was used to analyze the force of the platform frame under full load.The prototype manufacture and application shown that this stable and reliable platform can deliver the functions designed and has a reasonable structure,which can further reduce the demand for labor force.
