两起机械式停车设备砸车事故的技术分析

摘要 升降横移类机械式停车设备的横移部分是存取储放车辆的关键机构,横移限位保护是电气保护系统的重要节点。横移限位保护功能失效,可能导致设备取车故障,进而引发伤人伤车的严重后果。保证横移限位开关有效触发以及横移时间控制的设置合理,才能有效杜绝设备在运行过程中出现砸车等事故,为设备正常运行提供保障和依据,也是检验检测过程最需要把握的核心问题。 The translation part of the up-down and translation mechanical parking equipment is the key equipment for vehicle access,and so does the translation limit protection device for the electrical protection system.The failure of such translation limit protection device may lead to the failure of vehicle access,even serious consequences such as injuries of people and damages to vehicles.Only by ensuring the effective triggering of the translation limit switch and the reasonable setting of the translation time control,can we effectively put an end to these accidents such as equipment smashing during operation,ensure the normal operation of the equipment and provide the basis,which is the key issue that needs most attention during inspection and detection.
