心理危机干预六步法在大学生心理健康教育中的运用——从一个“家庭冲突”案例说开去 被引量:3

摘要 现在,受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,农村就业模式发生了一些变化,许多长期在外务工的农民工选择留在家乡,就近务工。由于过去与孩子聚少离多,所以孩子在感情上对父母产生一定程度的疏离。如今在与孩子朝夕相处的过程中,有些父母不能正确处理亲子之间的矛盾,导致长期缺失父母关爱的孩子的心理问题加重。对此,寒暑假期间,学校可开通24小时心理援助热线,安排专职心理咨询教师对学生进行心理辅导,努力化解亲子冲突所致的学生的心理危机。心理咨询教师可采取心理危机干预六步法,结合焦点解决、积极心理治疗,对学生进行心理疏导,为学生减压,最终消除学生的心理危机,加深学生对父母的感情,助力学生健康成长。 With the variation of employment patterns,long term migrant parents need to work nearby in their hometown,parents and left behind children are alienated in emontion.In the process of getting along with their children day and night,they can’t deal with the contradiction between parents and children,which leads to the aggravation of psychological problems of children who lack parents'care for a long time.The colleges should arrang full-time psychological counseling teachers to open a 24-hour psychological assistance hotline during winter and summer vacations.The psychological crisis caused by the parent-child conflict between students and their parents can be solved through psychological help hotline.Psychological counseling teachers adopt the six-step method of psychological crisis intervention combined with focus therapy and positive psychotherapy to conduct psychological counseling,decompression and crisis elimination for students,and the effect is good.
