摘要
XCF型自吸气充气式浮选机的吸浆量及功耗受到许多运行参数的影响。主要使用试验和仿真的方法研究浮选机叶轮转速、充气量以及直流槽液位高度对浮选机性能的影响,同时运用仿真的手段揭示0.03 m;浮选机内部流场的变化情况。研究结果表明,浮选机具有双重机制的关键是浮选机叶轮间具有低于标准大气压的压力存在。选用了基于CFD计算流体力学的方法对浮选机进行研究,同时量化了对浮选机内部水流抽吸能力的循环能力。研究发现,浮选机吸浆以及循环能力的减弱主要是由于气体在中心筒负压区进行了积聚导致的,这为之后充气式浮选机的放大以及优化的后续工作奠定了基础。
The pulp suction and power consumption of XCF self-suction flotation machine are affected by many operation parameters.The influence of impeller speed,aeration rate and the height of liquid level in standard flotation cells on the performance of flotation machine was studied by experiment and simulation,and the change of internal flow field of 0.03 m;flotation machine was revealed by simulation.The results show that the key to the dual mechanism of flotation machine is the existence of pressure between the impellers of flotation machine which is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure.The method of computational fluid dynamics based on CFD is used to study the flotation machine,and the circulation ability of the internal water pumping capacity of the flotation machine is quantified.It was found that the decrease of slurry suction and circulation capacity of the flotation machine was mainly due to the gas accumulation in the negative pressure area of the central cylinder,which laid the foundation for the subsequent enlargement and optimization of the inflatable flotation machine.
