元宇宙中的道德、经济、安全等社会失范问题需要纠偏,元宇宙的社会控制箭在弦上。元宇宙的规则架构应当体现多元共治理念,包括内在控制规则与外在控制规则。内在控制规则在元宇宙中占据支配地位,当出现失灵状况时,需要外在控制规则的特殊干预。消解元宇宙带来的伦理之困、维护良善有序的元宇宙空间秩序,有赖于元宇宙的伦理规则与自治规则。需要从元宇宙内部视阈、元宇宙与现实世界的比对交互以及元宇宙间的互联互通三个层次构建外在控制规则。元宇宙使得重塑社会平等规则成为可能。元宇宙与现实世界的联结规则,能够促进元宇宙与现实世界的协同发展。打破元宇宙间的壁垒,可在不同元宇宙之间建立互联互通机制。

The social anomie of the metaverse in the fields of morality, economy and security needs to be corrected, and the social control of the metaverse is around the corner. The regulation structure of the metaverse embodies the concept of multi-governance, including internal control rules and external control rules. Internal control rules play a dominant role in the metaverse, and when they fail, special intervention of external control rules is needed. It depends on the ethical rules and autonomous rules of the metaverse to eliminate ethical predicaments and maintain a good and orderly spatial order. The external control rules need to be constructed from three perspectives: the inner view of the metaverse, the comparison and interaction between the metaverse and the real world, and the interconnection between different metaverses. The metaverse makes it possible to reshape the rules of social equality. The rules of connection between the metaverse and the real world can promote the coordinated development of them. By breaking down the barriers between different metaverses, the interconnection mechanism between them can be established.
