基于AHP二级模糊综合评价法的水资源对宜居东莞的评价

摘要 东莞处于粤港澳大湾区的核心区,为贯彻落实《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的要求,注重城市的发展,开展东莞宜居城市评价研究意义重大。水资源是宜居城市建设过程中最重要的制约因素之一。水资源安全深刻影响着城市建设的各个方面。基于AHP模糊综合评价法构建水资源对宜居东莞的二级模糊综合评价体系,选取围绕水资源的4个一级影响因素和10个二级影响因素作为评价指标并采用AHP计算出各指标的权重。根据广东省统计局、国家统计局,选取2002年~2018年水资源方面的数据确定隶属函数,对东莞进行宜居城市的评价。运用该方法对宜居东莞的评价,其研究结果合理,可供东莞高质量发展城市参考和借鉴,对中国宜居城市的评选提供理论指导。 Dongguan is located in the core area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao big bay district. In order to implement the requirements of "Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao big bay district development planning outline" and pay attention to the development of the city, it is of great significance to carry out the evaluation of livable city in Dongguan.Water resource is one of the most important constraints in the process of livable city construction. Water resources security has a profound impact on all aspects of urban construction. Based on AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructs a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of water resources to livable Dongguan. Four first level influencing factors and 10 second level influencing factors around water resources are selected as evaluation indexes,and AHP is used to calculate the weight of each index. According to the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of statistics and the National Bureau of statistics, the membership function is determined based on the data of water resources from 2002 to 2018 to evaluate Dongguan as a livable city. Using this method to evaluate livable Dongguan, the research results are reasonable,which can be used for reference for high-quality cities in Dongguan, and provide theoretical guidance for the selection of livable cities in China.
