摘要
专兼职教师作为高职院校的重要构成部分,在人才培养过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,所以提高专兼职教师技术技能、培养其团体认同感,对高职院校教学的发展具有重要意义。在此大背景下,针对兼职教师个人发展目标与团队发展目标关联性不高、对高职院校的组织认同感较低、相关管理制度和激励机制尚不完善等问题,提出构建高职院校中积极互赖的专兼职教师共同体的建议。
Full time and part-time teachers,as an important part of higher vocational colleges,play an irreplaceable role in the process of talents training.Therefore,improving the technical skills of full-time and parttime teachers and cultivating their group identity are of great significance to the development of teaching in higher vocational colleges.In this context,in view of the low correlation between the personal development goals of parttime teachers and the team development goals,the low sense of organizational identity of higher vocational colleges,and the imperfect relevant management system and incentive mechanism,this paper puts forward some suggestions on building a positive and interdependent community of full-time and part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
