中国共产党自成立以来,始终不间断地开展反贫困斗争,积累了丰富的反贫困理论和实践经验。党在建国初期提出“三大改造”确立社会主义制度,开启了反贫困斗争的序幕;党的十一届三中全会提出改革开放,经济快速增长,越来越多的人进入小康行列,反贫困斗争取得初步成效;进入新时代党提出全面实现小康,打赢扶贫攻坚战。中国共产党依托中国特色社会主义制度,开创性地提出“四个现代化”伟大纲领来擘画小康之路,取得了反贫困斗争的全面胜利。

Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has carried out the anti-poverty struggle continuously and has accumulated rich anti-poverty theory and practical experience.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Party puts forward the"Three Transformations"to establish the socialist system,which opened the prelude to the struggle against poverty.The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed reform and opening up policy,rapid economic growth,more and more people enter the ranks of well-off society,and preliminary results have been achieved in the fight against poverty.In the new era,the Party proposes to realize a well-off society in an allround way and win the battle of poverty alleviation.Relying on the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the Communist Party of China creatively put forward the great program of"Four Modernizations"to chart the road to a well-off society,and achieved an all-round victory in the fight against poverty.
