摘要
碳纤维复合材料作为新型复合材料,在国际国内飞行器结构件应用日益广泛。本文针对目前飞机结构碳纤维复合材料装配件制孔过程出现的撕裂、毛刺、分层等缺陷,尝试改变制孔方式和变参数加工工艺等方法,减少孔出口端面的碳纤维毛刺数量,以提高孔壁质量,从而减少产品报废率,提高装配连接质量。
As a new type of composite material,carbon fiber composite is increasingly widely used in international and domestic aircraft structures.In view of the tearing,burr and stratification defects in the hole-making process of aircraft structural fittings,the drilling method or processing technology are changed to reduce the number of carbon fiber burr at the end surface of the hole and im-prove the quality of the hole wall,thus reducing the product scrap rate and improving assembly and connection quality.
