空管设备技术保障运行支持系统设计与实现

摘要 基于空管设备技术保障现场迫切的数据分析、信息共享、风险管控需要,促进一线运行单位日常运行管理标准化、信息化、流程化,提升技术保障部门运行管理效率,促进精细化管理水平,特设计包括运行前、运行中、运行后三个阶段空管设备技术保障运行支持系统。通过该系统的应用,实现对运行现场运行态势全面准确的掌握和运行质量端到端的控制,优化运行管理流程,提升运行值班信息化管理水平。 Based on the urgent needs of data analysis,information sharing,and risk management and control at the technical sup-port site of air traffic control equipment,an operating and supporting system for ATC equipment technical support is designed which includes three stages,before operation,during operation and after operation.This is to promote standardization,informatization and process flow of daily operation management of front-line operation units,improve operation management efficiency of technical sup-port section,and improve the level of refined management.Through the application of this system,the comprehensive and accurate control of on-site operation status and the end-to-end control of operation quality are realized.The operation management process is optimized,which improves the level of operation and duty information management.
