摘要
未来机载平台需求的变化,对配套导弹提出了体积更小、重量更轻的要求,促使弹上电缆网向轻小型化方向发展。本文分析总结了弹上电气信号的特性,并从电缆网电连接器和导线的选择、拓扑结构、布线设计、防护设计5个方面进行深入分析,提炼出电缆网轻小型化的设计方法。将该方法应用于某导弹电缆网的优化设计,在满足总体指标的同时,电缆网重量得以大幅减轻。
The change of the of airborne platform demand in the future puts forward the requirements of smaller volume and lighter weight for supporting missiles, which promotes the development of light-duty for the cable network on missile. This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the electrical signal from four aspects of the selection of wires and electrical connectors, topology structures and protection design. It tries to refine the design method of light-duty cable network, and apply it to the design optimization of a certain missile, which is expected to greatly reduce the weight of the cable network while meeting the index.
