面向航天器装配的测量BOM构建技术研究

摘要 为了有效应对产品装配过程中测量规划、设备信息整合、大量测量数据管理维护等问题,提出了面向航天器装配的测量BOM(Measurement Bill of Material)构建技术。该技术设计了通用化的待测特征表达方法与测量信息结构树,并实现测量数据信息表单化构建及与结构树的耦合。最后以典型零件为例,验证了该技术的有效性。测量BOM作为重要依据,对指导产品设计、工艺、制造、维修等各过程有序实施,实现测量数据全生命周期的可追溯有重要价值。 In order to effectively cope with the problems of measurement naturalization, equipment information integration and massive measurement data management and maintenance in the process of product assembly, a measurement BOM construction technology for spacecraft assembly was proposed. In this technology, the method of measurement feature expression and the structure tree of measurement information were designed, the form-based measurement data was constructed as well as its coupling with the structure tree was realized. A typical part was taken as an example of application and verified the effectiveness of technology. As an important basis, the measurement BOM has great value to guide the orderly implementation of product design, process, manufacturing, maintenance and other process, and to achieve the full life cycle traceability of measurement data.
