摘要
应用自编问卷针对毕业生群体实施大样本调查,对高校毕业生就业质量现状、毕业生就业质量影响因素及其影响路径进行分析,结果表明:毕业生的就业质量评分与其对疫情影响的认知观念以及职业自我概念评价情况存在显著相关;从影响路径来看,高校就业心理辅导与支持对毕业生就业态度与价值观因子产生影响,进而影响到毕业生职业自我概念发展;高校公共课程与就业心理辅导两个变量之间存在相互影响,且路径影响系数值达到显著效应。
A self-designed questionnaire was applied to a large sample of graduates to analyze the current situation of employment quality of college graduates,factors influencing employment quality and their influencing paths. The results showed that the scores of graduates’ employment quality were significantly correlated with their perceptions of the impact of the epidemic and their evaluation of career self-concept. From the perspective of influencing path,psychological counseling and support for employment have an impact on graduates’ employment attitude and values,and then affect the development of graduates’ professional self-concept. There is an interaction between the two variables of college public curriculum and employment psychological counseling,and the value of path influence coefficient has a significant effect.
