摘要
老年人的存在与发展具有与其他年龄阶段人群不同的规律性。老年人的存在决定着老年教育的存在,塑造了老年教育特有的发展形态。老年教育价值及功能就是满足老年人存在需求,老年教育过程就是正视、适应和超越老年人存在需求的过程,老年教育使命就是帮助老年人获得在生命最后阶段继续存在的意义和能力。
The existence and development of the elderly have different regularities from those of other age groups.The existence of the elderly determines the existence of senior education and shapes the unique development of senior education.The elderly existence decides the elderly education existence.The elderly existence shapes the developing patterns of the elderly education.The value and function of senior education is to meet the existence needs of the elderly.The process of senior education is to face,adapt to and transcend the existence needs of the elderly.The mission of senior education is to help the elderly gain the meaning and ability to continue to exist in the last stage of life.
