教育友爱是一项重要的教育伦理规范。当下中国教育中友爱精神的严重缺失,正危及正常的教育教学秩序,影响师生身心健康,损害着教育根本价值目标的实现。目前,我国教育人际关系中的道德冷漠和友爱精神的缺乏,有其复杂的经济社会原因。应当大力倡导和重建新时代教育友爱精神。中外伦理史上许多思想家、教育家的友爱思想,为我们深刻认识友爱在教育生活中的重要价值提供了有益的思想资源。教育友爱有其特定的道德规定性。教育友爱的伦理特征表现为:它是教育中的高尚之爱,要求教育活动的全体参与者和当事人把自己和他人同时当作目的,而不能仅仅当作工具;它是人们的交互之爱,要求教育活动的全体参与者积极建构相互之间的友好互爱关系;它是教育场域的普适之爱,要求教育活动的全体参与者心存爱心,努力建构充满爱心的教育生活环境。教育友爱具有极其重要的教育价值和道德价值。

Educational friendship is an important educational ethics norm.At present,the serious lack of fraternal spirit in education in our country is jeopardizing the normal order of education and teaching,affecting the physical and mental health of teachers and students,and undermining the realization of the fundamental value of education.At present,the moral indifference and the lack of fraternity spirit in the educational interpersonal relationship in our country have its complicated economic and social reasons.We should vigorously advocate and rebuild the spirit of fraternity in education in the new era.The fraternity thoughts of many thinkers and educators in the history of ethics at home and abroad provide useful ideological resources for us to deeply understand the important value of fraternity in educational life.Educational friendship is an important norm in the educational ethics system and has specific moral stipulations.The ethical characteristics of educational fraternity are as follows.Firstly,it is the noble love in the field of education,requiring all participants and parties in educational activities to regard themselves and others as goals at the same time,not just tools.Secondly,it is the reciprocal love of people,which requires all participants and parties involved in educational activities to actively construct a friendly and loving relationship with each other.Thirdly,it is universal love in the field of education,requiring all participants in educational activities to have love and strive to build a loving education living environment.Educational friendship has extremely important educational value and moral value.
