中国共产党人民健康观的发展——以话语分析为视角

The Development of the People’s Health Concept of the Communist Party of China from the Perspective of Discourse Analysis

中国共产党对人民健康历来高度重视且有历史担当。中国共产党从幼年走向成熟的历程也体现在人民健康话语变迁上。在不同历史时期,中国共产党的健康观念以不同的话语类型呈现出来,先后经历了革命话语、社会动员话语、改革话语、健康治理话语的演变,而“一切为了人民健康”的宗旨始终不变。人民健康话语的百年流变,昭示了中国共产党不仅走出一条符合中国国情的卫生与健康发展道路,也为全球健康治理提供了“中国方案”。

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to people’s health and has historical responsibility.The process of the CPC from infancy to maturity is also reflected in the changes of people’s health discourse.During different historical periods,the CPC’s concept of health has been presented in different discourse types,and has experienced the revolutionary discourse,social mobilization discourse,reform discourse,and health governance discourse,but the purpose of“everything for the people’s health”remains unchanged.The century-old evolution of people’s health discourse shows that the CPC has not only embarked on a path of health and health development in line with China’s national conditions,but also provided“Chinese solution”for global health governance.
