列宁新经济政策“两个大局”思想探析

列宁新经济政策的颁布与实施恰逢苏维埃俄国面向社会主义过渡的战略全局和“两制并存”新纪元开始的世界变局。新经济政策在列宁胸怀国际国内局势,应用帝国主义政治经济不平衡规律,结合俄国国内革命形势,取得十月革命胜利并进行过渡初步探索的基础上孕育并诞生;在列宁统揽国际国内局势,利用世界市场与资本主义国家建设发展苏俄社会主义,逐步构建苏俄向社会主义过渡的各项机制体制的成就上实施并推行;在列宁把握国际国内局势,大力推动国际共产主义运动发展,坚持在国内贯彻实施过程中不断丰富的现实中完善并升华。这一政策所体现出的具备世界眼光、紧抓主要矛盾、做好自己事情的“两个大局”思想的基本原则对于新时代中国特色社会主义建设仍具有指导与启示意义。
